Information you enter

The appointment form asks for your name, address, phone number, age, consultation topic, preferred date and an optional note.

The website uses these details only to prepare a message on your device. It does not send the message automatically.

WhatsApp appointment flow

When you continue, WhatsApp opens with the prepared message. You can review or edit the message before pressing Send.

If you send it, WhatsApp processes the message under its own terms and privacy practices. The clinic receives it through the WhatsApp account linked to +977 9714559757.

Storage and access

The website does not have a database and does not store the form entries.

Messages sent to the clinic are retained in the clinic's WhatsApp account without a fixed deletion date. They may be accessible on devices where that clinic account is logged in.
